Return Policy

At Home & Roam Lead Co., every item is handmade with care. We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Unused items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use, pet hair, odors, dirt, chewing, damage, or excessive wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, hardware, pattern placement, and measurements may occur and are not considered defects.

All products should be inspected regularly for signs of wear. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, chewing, misuse, improper fit, product modifications, accidents, or failure to inspect products is not covered under this policy.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and fit for their pet and for regularly inspecting products for signs of wear or damage. Home & Roam Lead Co. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper fit, product modification, or failure to inspect and maintain products. We reserve the right to update product designs, materials, pricing, and policies at any time. No leash, collar, or pet accessory is indestructible. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet's size, strength, and behavior.
